  A personal message from the Managing Director

  3CM School of Management was established on 25 November, 1990, making the company one of the longest servicing Registered Training Organisations (RTO) in Australia.

  2011 marks 21 years of training excellence for 3CM.  It is an achievement I am very proud of as it highlights our commitment towards building a sustainable future in an ever-changing world.

  For over two decades, we’ve been a part of Australian life - transforming people, teams and organisations; fostering business relationships and taking our students and clients on wonderful and amazing learning journeys without boundaries.

  Sustainability has become synonymous with 3CM, surviving and thriving during several economic cycles.  The common denominator in strong or weak economic times is people; talented with strong intent and highly skilled, they enable you to capitalise on the positive financial environment or help ride out the storm and position your organisation well for the future cycle.  Therefore, it’s imperative to survive, sustain and succeed on the quality of your people, not on the abundance of the economy.

  As Australia recovers from the 2009 downturn people are asking, “How can I recession proof my organisation?” and more to the point “What can I do to build a more sustainable future for my organisation – one that can ride out the storm of fluctuations of the economy?”

  Our story is one of critical thinking, continuous innovation, engaging change and investment in the latest systems, to the highest quality standards in learning and development - for organisations that are not in the business of compromise.

  We strongly promote Vocational Education Training (VET) excellence and believe that 3CM plays a critical role preparing and transforming people for optimum performance in the workplace.  With this in mind, we have established and continue to strengthen our links with community, industry and business to develop the best outcomes for our students.
