Our Approach

Our leadership and management process helps emphasise the unique potential of the individual and provides a structure and process for their development. Each client will gain insight so they can see how their own preconditioning, perceptions, beliefs and assumptions can get in the way of understanding the people they lead or work with. It promotes personal discovery and new approaches for solving problems. To facilitate this understanding, a significant part of the coach's work is to help introduce analysis, feedback, action planning, active learning and follow-up into regular work life habit. It is about moving individuals into behaviours that sustain both their careers and the business. To do this, we have created a number of options to suit every situation and budget.

How do we deliver?

How do we ensure organisational aligment?

Organisational alignment and feedback is facilitated through regular sponsor meetings over the course of the programme.

These meetings typically involve the person being coached, their sponsor (eg Chairman, Line Manager or HR Manager as appropriate) and their 3CM coach.

They are designed to achieve organisational ownership of the process and outcomes, and alignment with organisational goals.

Coaching Packages

Corporate Coaching: Senior Managers or C-Suite  Executives

The 3CM coach will meet with both sponsor and each individual being coached to determine:

  • The desired outcomes,
  • Set out the scope of work, and

  • Minimum of 17 x 90 minute of individual coaching sessions (attend three (3) management meetings as part of the framework)
  • Frequency of coaching (90 minute sessions) once every three weeks for a minimum of one year
  • Desktop research, planning and preparation for the 17 sessions
  • Minimum of two (2) online psychometric assessments (fees apply)

Option 2 - Twelve (12) Months Package
12 Months Leaders Coaching Features significant value such as:

This type of coaching can be viewed as a sign of significant recognition and intent for future pathways.

In other cases it can be remedial. It primarily focuses on behaviour to enhance performance and developing leadership or team-building skills.

The coach works in conjunction through HR or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held by Skype or telephone.

  • Telephone meetings with corporate representative(s) to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements
  • An initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework for the coaching relationship

  • Sessions scheduled at two to three week intervals either by telephone or face-to-face.

Fees & Considerations

How long?

Our standard coaching programmes takes 6 to 12 months to complete, depending on the number and frequency of sessions.  However, we can also arrange for shorter term assignments to suit requirements and capabilities.

How often?

The frequency of sessions is determined in consultation with the client but are preferably no longer than a month apart, and usually 2 to 3 weeks apart.

In addition to the structures for producing Coaching for Results, the components of the programme include –

  1. Sponsor meetings.
  2. Support sessions after the formal component of the coaching programme is completed.
  3. Resources provided during the programme:
  • A working reference manual detailing each session of the coaching programme, the key concepts and assignments.
  • A learning resource list that the participant can use to choose support material for areas they are interested in exploring further.
  • For face-to-face sessions the venue is usually on the company's premises
  • A completion certificate.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching Club is being offered at specific times throughout the year. The intent is to give aspiring men and/or women an inexpensive opportunity to learn from other professional persons throughout the coaching experience.

Seminars

We offer a wide variety of Leadership Development Programmes together with Management Training Seminars specifically designed to meet your needs.

Cost: $6,000+ GST per day includes one facilitator and all course material. Plus: Travel and expenses

Enhanced Seminar Package

This is a Premier Seminar Product 3CM Executive Coaching and the one for which we are most highly recognised. The reason is simple. Stand alone seminars, although educational and entertaining, do not have the long-term retention as those supplemented by executive coaching.

We highly recommend adding at least one or perhaps more coaching sessions for each your participants. This will ensure they begin the process of incorporating the course material into their daily routine, establishing objectives for personal behavioural change and ultimately incorporating the learning into their Personal Development Plan.

For small groups this coaching can be done as an add-on with the program facilitator. Alternatively, for larger groups, we will provide multiple coaches who are familiar with the curriculum to do telephone coaching. This allows the participants to not only schedule their coaching at convenient times but invites any concerns or issues to be raised in a confidential setting.
