Secure Client Pages

Track and facilitate the participants' progress. All the specific information regarding a given client and participant is organised in one secure area, easily accessible from a Dashboard. Clients access their page via their own unique login.


Track the quantitative progress of your participants with Metrics. With automated reminders by text or email it's very little work to keep up with data entry, and the result is informative graphs and an at-a-glance view of how things are going as measured against a target. What gets measured gets managed: Metrics makes the measuring easy.

Coaching Sessions

The ability to create session templates for various interactions, from introduction interviews to weekly calls. Session notes will be recorded, append them with any action plan that have been created, and share them via email with a single click. You and your participant can review session notes anytime. Or mark them private, making them for your eyes only.

Worksheet & Journal Entries

Assign customised worksheets that are specifically created. With due dates and reminders it's easier to get assignments back on time, and see them filed away right in the system. You and your participant can both add Journal Entries at any time, and they too become part of the growing repository of notes.


Sharing files with participant online and have them accessible wherever they are. Know if and when the files have been accessed you've shared. Clients can similarly upload files to share with stakeholders.


Increase transparency and accountability by the follow through between sessions. Creating specific Actions with optional reminders. Color-coded to reflect completion status for all to see at a glance what is next, what has been accomplished and where they may be stuck.


The 3CM coach will be able to view the comprehensive history of your coaching engagement. Actions, metrics, notes, worksheets, and appointments are all there. You and your participant can record comments on each, making a nice way to keep the conversation going between sessions on the things of concern them.

Appointment Scheduling

Save time, avoid phone tag and hassle. Both the 3CM Coach and participant can schedule appointments. The system emails or texts the other party about scheduling requests and cancellations, and sends appointment reminders to both.


By creating new invoices or post payments in moments. Offer integrated credit card processing through PayPal. As a client you then have easy access to invoices, receipts and balance.
