The GROWTH Coaching Clinic® is a two-day interactive workshop geared toward anyone who provides coaching to others—including executives, managers, and HR professionals.  Participants gain an in-depth understanding of the coaching process, develop crucial coaching skills and competencies, and practice using those skills with real work situations while in 3CM's GROWTH Coaching Clinic.

There are several coaching models and OURS is ideal for results and behavioural based change coaching. It enables the 3CM coach to structure a coaching framework and deliver meaningful results.

It does involve the elements of TRUST...PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY...PASSION...PERSONAL COMMITMENT by both parties.

The most important step is identifying the REAL goal and that needs in depth COACHING and at times HARD CONVERSATIONS  in itself to really burrow into the issues.

The GROWTH Coaching Clinic® is built around the COACHING CONVERSATION MODEL® which helps participants develop coaching capabilities in six key steps: establishing focus, discovering possibilities, planning the action, removing barriers, and recapping.

The GROWTH Coaching Conversation Model

1. Goals - Establishing a focus and agree on the aims and objectives of the session

2. Reality - What is happening now and understanding the impact

3. Options - Knowing the potential, discovering possibilities and identify options

4. What's next - The call and commitment to action, identify possible obstacles

5. Tactics - Identify how to overcome the obstacles to achieve the 'will'

6. Habits - How do we embed the selected options consistently in the workplace
