Team Coaching works with intact teams to improve performance and the processes by which performance is achieved through reflection and dialogue. Team Coaching is a powerful development option for teams performing at all levels as it helps reveal and utilise the collective wisdom of the team through a structured process over a period of time, usually around 12 months. 3CM’s approach to team coaching acknowledges that it is when the whole team is working well together that the best results are achieved. This requires a focus on both organisational outcomes and team dynamics.
