Learning Outcomes

This programme aims to give participants the skills and knowledge required to:

• Work effectively in the policy and operating environment of the vocational education and training sector.
• Foster and promote an environment which supports inclusive work practices and learning culture.
• Apply legislative and common law duty of care responsibilities for occupational health and safety (OHS) in the vocational education and training sector.
• Consult and conduct a training needs analysis. 
• Identify and source training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs.
• Conceptualise, design, develop and evaluate competency based learning programmes.
