3CM High Performance Learning offers a broad portfolio of Executive Education programmes to help you succeed in a rapidly changing world. This programme at 3CM exist for one reason. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have senior or managerial responsibilities. They may oversee the work of others or have specialised roles where they do not supervise others but provide strategic leadership.

3CM has tackled an old idea with a new twist. The programme retains its integrity and is true to its original philosophy of adopting a highly interactive project forum, with group action learning in a collaborative research and information marketplace for maximum impact and learning, The new twist is the flexible delivery of training 3CM has devised, taking a modularised approach to fit within most schedules and learning styles. Participants can attend the modules in any order and undertake assessment that enables them to demonstrate competence and confidence as they progress through the programme.

Return on Investment

During the Project Forums, participants will be guided through the selection of a strategically linked Workplace Projects that will be agreed between the candidate, their line manager and 3CM. Successful completion of the Project will form the assessment for the programme. The Project will also provide a tangible return on investment through transference of the learning to the workplace.

Requirements to acquire a qualification

To achieve the Advanced Diploma of Management candidates must complete eight units of competency - 3 core units plus 5 elective units. This can be achieved by completing four of the six courses outlined below (equivalent to eight units) and enrolling for assessment.
