Option 2: In-Company Learning Programmes

There are specific advantages associated with `In-Company` learning strategy that make it the first choice for so many of our clients. For example, all the topics can be presented and discussed against the culture, strategic and business imperatives, practices and experiences of your organisation. The learning and development is therefore perceived as holistic and appropriate. New ideas are more quickly assimilated.
Level 1.
Any Executive Development, Management & Supervision, Safety Leadership or Training and Assessment courses on this website can be presented exclusively for your own people. We can work at your premises, or at a venue of your choice, or at one of our own centres. We provide the same full service as you would receive on our Open Learning course but our facilitator travels to your chosen venue, saving time and travel costs for your people.
With few exceptions, the cost of delivering one of our standard programs exclusively for you will be less than the cost of sending your people on an Open Learning course. We are happy to help you identify the right training for you and provide you with details of our fees and considerations.
Level 2.
We can create a course exclusively for you based on our vast library of training resources. Such tailored training allows you to select material from our standard courses. Tailored training is particularly cost effective. The courses are only as long as they need to be to satisfy the objectives. The 3CM facilitator travels to the delegates so their travel and hotel bills are saved.

Tailored training ensures that the material is appropriate and makes the best use of training contact time. Sometimes what might take three days to cover in an Open Learning course (because the need to consider different participants situations) can be covered in two days `In-Company`. Saving time and money as well as enhancing participants` interest, programme absorption and the critical ROI of transferance of learning.
Level 3.
Customised training involves writing training material exclusively for you. Customised training is the natural choice where the training need is likely to be special. Sometimes, in-company courses use a mixture of tailored, customised and self paced materials with coaching to meet training objectives. This ‘blended learning’ approach is the most powerful delivery method of learning, the participant’s workplace is the primary site for learning. 3CM groups the Units of Competence being undertaken into clusters that can be addressed in a single overview workshop to facilitate holistic learning. In consultation with the individual participant and their line manager, the 3CM facilitator helps the participant to plan a meaningful work based action learning project to address real workplace issues, while at the same time learning the required competencies on the job. The establishment of mentor relationships and the provision of printed learning materials support learning.
