Since 1990, 3CM continues to build on its strong reputation, playing a leading role in reshaping the training and education landscape for our people.  As a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO) we are contracted for the $4.2 billion Productivity Places Program to operate throughout metro and regional Western Australia.  3CM is one of select Registered Training Organisation (RTO) partnering with the WA Government to manage and deliver this significant initiative of the Australian Government’s Skilling Australia for the Future promise. Our contract will see hundreds of people gain valuable skills and competencies to cope with the new economy. 3CM continued success is based on our proven track record, our strategies, our experience will ensure our current 96% completion and 98% satisfaction ratings, delivering high performance learning to people, teams and organisations, not in the business of compromise.

 
Option 1 - The Governments PPP injects $$$ in training to help you and your business grow.  How can 3CM help?
The Government has put its financial support behind training in WA, in particular Training Package Qualification or an Accredited Course.  The Commonwealth Government and the Government of WA jointly fund the Productivity Places Program. The initiative means you could receive  funding of up to 85% on your chosen qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment). You may be surprised to know that your business could be eligible for the funding.  So how can you get your share? Talk to the people who`ve done their research. We are now calling for expressions of interest from eligible people and organisations to fill a LIMITED NUMBER OF PLACES on our five qualifications and allocated on a first-come basis.

Option 2 - Training the trainer…FREE skill sets
A free set of skills from the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment has been expanded to include employers and supervisors of apprentices and trainees across all industry areas.
The set of skills has been specifically selected to help employers and supervisors build and improve training skills so they can provide apprentices and trainees with a quality training experience.
It covers 105 hours of training and is free of unit and resource fees.  Flexible delivery is available however additional charges may apply if the employer or supervisor requests a customised program outside normal hours.
The training is being delivered through selected registered training organisations.

How to enrol

1.  Select a course date from our Open Learning calendar and contact us directly to discuss
     the training program offered and determine if it’s right for you.
 
2.  Complete the registration form and submit it to us for enrolment.

Option 3 - Get up to a $200 Small Business Smart Business training voucher
The Western Australian Department of Education and Training, offers your business up to a $200 Small Business Smart Business Training Voucher, to assist you with the cost of training to improve your business management skills. These Vouchers may also be used to attend relevant conferences, seminars, coaching or mentoring programs. If you require assistance in identifying your training needs, please contact the above Administrator.

Training costs of $100 or less are reimbursed in full. Training costs greater than $100, will have the first $100 reimbursed, plus 50% of the balance, to a maximum of a further $100.
