Outsourcing
Outsourcing Learning and Development
What is Outsourcing?
As a business model, outsourcing can be applied to the whole training function, selective key process or to major programmes. At whatever level it is applied, outsourcing is deciding not to hire or further invest in the training function’s capability or capacity; it’s a purposeful decision to use an independent service provider to release the capacity of internal resources and ensure they are in best use.
In particular AQTF compliance and student administration is not core buisness, the value in becoming an RTO is questionable particularly when considering all those non revenue generating hours.
What then of the nationally recognised outcomes your clients are seeking, of the access to available government funding for existing workers or job seekers and other intiatives?
3CM are delighted to offer you a cost effective alternative. As a RTO business partner we provide training professionals with access to the benefits of being an RTO without the associated administrative and compliance burdens.
In other words, we take care of the non-revenue generating tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best, what you love most, and what is most profitable - providing your clients with, what they want, how they want it, where they want it, when they want it!
Outsourceing may include:
- Designing and developing a training system
- Developing and managing administrative activities
- Designing and developing courses and learning materials
- Designing and developing e-learning materials
- Maintaining servers and hosting e-learning materials
- Maintaining and providing course facilitation
- Providing assessment activities
- Designing and developing validation and moderation activities.
