COI

in 1998 COI developed a set of powerful software solutions based on an approach to organisational, team and individual effectiveness improvement called Profiling.

Profiling (noun)... a three stage, internt based business improvement process for maximising organisational, team and leader performance.

This unique, three stage, end-to-end fully integrated approach to organisational improvement drives consulting interventions from issue identification to action and improvement

Stage 1 - Issue Identification - a powerful set of diagnostics to examin all 19 key aspects of organisational, team and indiviual effectiveness - not just culture. This provides the 'full picture' from a:

Culture/Behaviour - How effective is your culture, behaviours, values, team work, people development practices and management
Strategic Intent - How effective is the development and implementtation of the strategy, business plans, goals and objectives
Business Processes/Systems - How effective is our business processes, are we innovative, do we have effective software and other business tools

Stage 2 - Action - integrated action planning software to drive best practice action and improvement at all levels. This online action planning wizard is used in workshops to guide action planning and capture key issues, accountabilities and responsibilities.

Stage 3 - Improvement - tracking and monitoring modules to keep the improvement process on track.

The Implementation management system reports within the Profiling software enables 3CM to support your ongoing implementation process
