in 1998 COI developed a set of powerful software solutions based on an approach to organisational, team and individual effectiveness improvement called Profiling.

Our Business Improvement process

Stage 1	Issue Identification	A powerful set of diagnostics to examine all 19 key aspects of organisational, team and indivudual efeectiveness - not just culture. This provides the 'full picture' from a: Culture/Behaviour - How effective is your culture, behaviours, values, team work, people development practices and management Strategic Intent - How effective is the development and implementation of the strategy, business plans, goals and objectives Business Processes/Systems - How effective is our business processes, are we innovative, do we have effective software and other business tools.
Stage 2	Action	Integrated action planning software to drive best practice action and improvement at all levels. This online action planning wizard is used in workshops to guide action planning and capture key issues, accountabilities and responsibilities.
Stage 3	Improvement	Tracking and monitoring modules to keep the improvement process on track. The Implementation management system reports within the Profiling software enables 3CM to support your ongoing implementation process 3CM can set up shared access to the Profiling system so that we can assist you in your implementation task and providing additional consulting vale.
