Customised Reporting, Action Planning and Consulting
Reporting is instantly available online in real time, and they can be defined by team, region or level. From there, the action planning software wizard will guide leaders and their teams through the assessments and survey results and required improvement actions, and captures all steps in an easy-to-implement action plan. 3CM also offers consultating services for more in depth strategic planning and roll out.
Tailored Training Workshops and One on One Coaching
