Council of Australian Governments
COAG is supported by inter-jurisdictional, ministerial-level Councils that facilitate consultation and cooperation between the Commonwealth and the States and Territories in specific policy areas. COAG Councils pursue and monitor priority issues of national significance and take joint action to resolve issues that arise between governments. Councils also develop policy reforms for consideration by COAG, and oversee the implementation of policy reforms agreed by COAG.

Training Accreditation Council
The Training Accreditation Council (The Council) is established under theVocational Education and Training Act 1996 and is an independent Statuatory Body that provides for the quality assurance and recognition processes for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Accreditation of courses in Western Australia. The Council is Western Australia's State Registering/Course Accrediting Body and is responsible for quality assurance and recognition of vocational education and training services in Western Australia.
