Requirements to receive this skill set

By successfully completing the face-to-face 2 day workshop and assessment requirements of the Aspiring Supervisor Skill Set Programme and complete an assessment task comprising of a series of underpinning knowledge questions, the collection and presnetation of, or apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).  workplace evidence and submission of third-party report.

Participants can achieve the nationally recognised qualification with either or combination of both approaches.  

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is a process that enables those who are interested in gaining the qualification to be granted exemption from some or all of the training programmes.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

Mandatory from 1 January 2015, all students undertaking any Nationally Recognised Training in Australia will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Once you obtained your USI, you can use it throughout your life, to keep a centralized online record of all your Nationally Recognised Training. Whether you’re studying at a public or a private training organisation, completing a certificate, diploma or even an advanced diploma course, apprenticeships or skill set course…you’ll need a USI.

3CM is legally bound not to issue qualifications or statements of attainment till you obtain the USI and in turn verified by us.
