This training will provide organisations with critical core competencies to ensure that their technical and professional people are performing consistently, confidently and competently to the set benchmarks.
This programme will benefit
Enterprise supervisors and managers, team leaders and safety officers accountable for providing work skills training, mentoring and assess nationally endorsed units or qualifications. In particular these competencies are identified as essential for those engaged in supervising apprentices and trainees. This program is also very relevant to an enterprise that works together with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in an auspice arrangement.
Eligible applicants for funding
Only supervisors, managers or team leaders of one or more apprentices or trainees registered in the Department's Training Registration System (TRS) may undertake the training. 3CM is able to deliver this programme in the Perth or regional centres around WA.

Students will take part in a highly interactive project forum, with group discussion and collaborative research for maximum impact and learning. The DiSC behavioural profiling is used in relation to strengths and challenges. This is followed up with 4 half day project forums for students to work on their projects and receive feedback from an Assessor.
